jgraftonWell, today was another long friday, much like the kind I've been having lately. It's actually not been a bad friday, just long. I got to school right about 8, when we were starting our stand-still "hall march" in the audlob. I, being in pit, naturally played pit instruments, as we were not moving, including playing my timpani part on marimba. We then got permission to march, so I grabbed some cymbals, Gilenne grabbed a tamborine, and Amanda grabbed a triangle, and thus, we marched. That was maximum funness.
The rest of the school day was pretty unexciting. Lunch was fun as always, and it was probably one of the highlights of the day. In SCT we learned about DP (yay!), which was intersting, I suppose.
I will actually admit that today was oddly normal. Kinda disappointing, un-normalness makes things fun. TJ actually won the football game, and the marching band show went better than mediocre, I think.
I apologize for my lack of entries of late. I've been quite busy, and thus have failed to write accounts on the last few days. There wasn't much anyway, besides the occasional funny occurance at lunch or Jesse Jackson assembly. Perhaps I should elaborate.
Wednesday [I think] during lunch was interesting. I'm not sure how, but Moo somehow decided to start throwing teddy grams at Lillia. He managed to get one down her overalls, quite accidentally, hence the quote on Zenith. That was pretty much the highlight of that day. Thursday included the assembly by Jesse Jackson, which was interesting. It sure got TJ a lot of publicity, if nothing else. I don't feel I was deeply touched emotionally by the assembly, oh well. Then during lunch we got bored and started rolling an orange at some empty soda cans a la bowling. Don't ask, we at TJ get bored quickly and entertained easily.
Hmm, that's all I can seem to gather right now. Perhaps I'm missing something, if so, oh well. Such is life.
