jgraftonI almost was about to applaud Dell for getting me my laptop back so quickly.
Then I booted it up and discovered they replaced my nice SXGA dsplay (1400 x 1050) with an XGA (1024 x 768).
Grr... on the phone right now with them.
Edit:
It gets better! I tried upgrading the BIOS to see if maybe the screen was being misdetected (per the Dell tech's advice), and when it rebooted, the screen didn't come on.
And just now, when I rebooted, the screen didn't come on.
Looks like the screen wasn't the problem, perhaps...
