Nov. 15th, 2004 01:49 amFew things of note (mainly cause I'm a quasi-insomniac who doesn't believe in sleep):
a) If any of you LJ-ers want to monitor Chris Jackson (csjackso)'s Xanga without having to actually go there, just friend
jaxn_xanga. RSS feeds are a Godsend.
b) I'd like to show Abstraction and Handoreza's Battle to people, if nothing else because I think they're fun and you'd probably enjoy them. Would anybody here on campus be interested in a screening of some sort? The copies I've got are superior to the web versions (better quality, more content), so it'd be fun.
c) I should really sleep.

Date: 2004-11-15 11:30 am (UTC)(which reminds me. Have you ever heard of the Dogme95 movement? It's a Dutch film movement that started about a decade and a half ago that rejects Hollywood special effects cinema in favor of a more real, down-to-earth style of filmmaking (technically, however, it's tapemaking, because they use tapes, and not film). I think if try to follow their rules, we could make a real movie that could win actual awards. I'll send you a .pdf file that outlines Dogme's dogma sometime.)
