Well, bah. I got my Room Draw random number - 970. I guess something had to go wrong.

This does not bode well for me moving into an apartment or something next year.

I guess I should try to go find somebody with a better number/opening/something and get pulled in...

Why not move off campus? An off-campus apartment generally costs about as much as your half of a dorm room per month and what you get for the money is generally a lot better. About all you lose is the ethernet access, and if you have a roommate off campus what the two of you save will more than pay for a fast net connection.

Finding a roommate can always come later, once you're off campus you no longer have to be concerned with Housing's calendar.

Talk to the 7 boys? I know they're trying to figure out what to do with their house next year. They can pull in, so really as long as /one/ of them wanted to stay, you could get another up to four people in there.
