Edit: for those curious, my parents booked me on a non-stop flight from IAD to PIT on the morning of the 15th through United Express for about the same price, so I've found a way back to campus (and you might too).

I worked for them this summer...they were good peoples.

Also, I flew cross-country like four times on them for free. That was nice too.

Now this is getting really funny...
We were originally on the same flights from and to Pittsburgh.
We both got moved to a return flight later in the day.
Now we're still both on the same flight (at least I think so... 7211 at 8:45am?).

No offense to anyone who actual liked the company, but it was seen coming. I only flew with them once. I had a 10 hour delay one direction and a 18 hour delay the other direction. The progression of "this plane has a mechanical issue, we need to put you on a different plane" three times in a row was not fun.

That's really surprising, as I only once had an issue with them when we had to switch planes (and so it only delayed me by about an hour). I guess you're just especially unlucky.

I've heard they're not so bad if you are going directly to or from Washington, DC. The trouble was that they had ridiculously tight layover schedules. Twenty minutes is nowhere near enough time to switch planes, even if you are staying in the same terminal.

Also, another friend pointed out that they were leasing planes, and not getting newer planes in the deal. Their maintenance costs were much higher than they anticipated.
